Meals For You Family
Meals for you is design to help you to bring the family together for dinner. A weekly menu is produced a week at a time of daily meals that are prepared fresh. Meals consist of an entree, two sides and rolls or cornbread. Meals feed 4 to 6 people.

  • Meals For You:

    You have up to 3 days before your schedule date to cancel or one reschedule date for you meal. If you cancel you may be  subject to only half your  refund. 

    You are entitled one rescheduled date. If a second rescheduled date is needed you may be subject a fee  of half the cost thats non refundable.

     

    Catering Refund Policy

    Rescheduling:

    You are entitled to two reschedulings before the deadline for your event by which the deposit is due. Any futher rescheduling may be subject to an additional  fee equal to the deposit and the original balance must be paid 7 days before the event.

    Cancellations:

    You may cancel your order at any time. However if you cancel before 2 weeks of your event you may be entitled to a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel during the week of the event of you will be subject to a partial refund money that has been received except for any additional fees you had to pay to reschudle and includes any arrangments for fees and deposits made through third party.

  • Catering:

    A catering plan will be determined between the customer and EATZ & TREATZ. The plan will determine the nature of the occassion, day, time and meal for the event. Once everything is determined EATZ & TREATZ will analyze and determine an *estimated quote.  We will present a *estimated quote of the meal and services. The *estimated quote is good for 5 days. If the customer decides to hire EATZ & TREATZ  they two options as follows: pay the deposit which will be half of the agreed quote same day or pay by date and the remaining balance is due one week before the event or pay the amount in full same day. If you decide rescedule or cancel please view our policy in the Catering Refund Policy, Thank you.

    Fees:

    There may be at times that fees may be associated in addition to rescheduling, third party vendors or venue location. These will paid be the customer up front or worked into the estimated quote (deposit + fee / total cost + fee). Fees are non refundable.

     

    Services:

    Basic service- is our meal preparation for your event. We prepare the food you wanted and deliver it to you at your location.

    Buffet service- we stay onsite and serve the food to you and your guest like a buffet line style. We will pack up any remaining food for you to take with you.

    Full Service- we are onsite serve the food and beverages to you and your guest, we gather plates and any trash from the meal so you and you guest do not have too. Pack up any left over food for you to take with you. 

    *Our Buffet service and  Full service may be subject to rules and policy of the designated venue you have chosen and availabilty.
